The Concierge programme is another name for the team of supportive personal assistants who are exceptionally knowledgeable in terms of hotels, restaurants and the most attractive tourist locations worldwide, ready for you, as a Mastercard Exquisite card user, who are ready to adequately guide and advise you and help with the following:

How to use Concierge service?

In order to use the service and ask for the assistance of a concierge agent, all you need to do is to call the following number 011 2057 075 (the call is charged at the price of the operator you are calling from)
After short process of identification, you will be connected with the concierge agent who will respond to your request or answer any questions that you may have.

LoungeKey - Free access to business clubs at airports

Mastercard Exquisite card gives you access to special Business Clubs (Lounge Zones) at airports around the world, with much greater comfort and the ability to spend time in a pleasant environment until your planned flight.
From April 1, 2025, the LoungeKey program is available, which replaced the existing access to business lounges, which included free entry only to Business Clubs at the airports in Belgrade, Sarajevo and Vienna.
As part of the new program, six free entries to more than 1,600 airport lounges around the world are provided through the Lounge Key network, during the next 12 months (from April 1, 2025 to March 31, 2026).
How to use Lounge Key?
It is necessary to download the LoungeKey application from Google Play or the App Store, or register by visiting the website www.loungekey.com, after which the card will be visible in the application or on the website.
To access airport lounges, you need to show your Mastercard Exquisite card or LoungeKey digital card with your boarding pass, which will be swiped or scanned to register your visit.
Important notes for using the LoungeKey service:
- Free visits are available only to Mastercard Exquisite card users, while visits to guests are charged according to the conditions of the salon.
- Children up to 8 years of age are entitled to free entry with their parents at the airport in Belgrade, based on the principle of 1 child with one parent who has a Mastercard Exquisite card (Business Club, Terminal 2).
- Children up to 2 years of age are entitled to free entry with their parents at the airport in Sarajevo (Business Lounge and Premium Business Lounge) for a maximum of 3 hours.
- The maximum stay is up to 3 hours in the Dufry Business Club lounge, even in case of flight delays, at the airports in Belgrade and Sarajevo.
- With the LoungeKey program, the award of free visits is renewed on January 1st of each year.
- With your LoungeKey account, you can use the app to search for available lounges and services at airports around the world (lounge locations and amenities such as restaurants, spa services, and more; visit history...).

All you need to do to make this service available to you is to register and activate an account on the Flexiroam website.
Registration takes place through:- Card verification by entering the first 8 numbers of the Mastercard® Exquisite card
- Entering your e-mail address

In collaboration with DDOR Insurance, we provide you with a carefree stay abroad with no additional fees. This travel insurance policy covers your immediate family when accompanying you.

What is the value of the insurance policy?

Your travel insurance policy includes:
- Travel assistance services
- Medical assistance services
- The payment of medical expenses due to a sudden accident or illness
- Medical evacuation and repatriation organisation and payment services
- Legal assistance
Coverage amounts to EUR 15,000 and is valid for 90 days within one year of the duration of the insurance.

What do I need to do before the trip?

Prior to your trip, you must register the members of your family who will be travelling with you. Use their valid passports and your Mastercard® Exquisite card to register them at website. Immediate family members may be: a spouse or common-law partner, as well as children up to 18 years of age.*

* According to the Insurance Terms and Conditions, a maximum of three children up to 18 years of age are covered. Registration of family members is possible after the registration of your travel insurance policy based on the policy number. The policy number is formed as follows: the first seven (7) digits of the cardholder's JMBG + the four (4) last digits of your Exquisite card.

Roadside ORYX Assistance
Roadside ORYX asistencija je pomoć u slučaju kvara na vozilu ili saobraćajne nesreće na teritoriji cele Evrope, koja uključuje:
- Sitne popravke koje se mogu obaviti na licu mesta (dolivanje goriva, zamena guma, otključavanje zaključanog vozila…)
- Prevoz vozila na drugu lokaciju
- Korišćenje zamenskog putničkog vozila u trajanju od 2 dana
- Alternativni transport umesto zamenskog vozila (avion, autobus, voz, taxi)
- Smeštaj vozača i putnika u vozilu, do 3 dana
Korisnicima koji aktiviraju karticu tokom 2022. godine usluga počinje da važi prvi radni dan nakon aktivacije kartice i važi narednih 12 meseci.

Backup Car ORYX Assistance
Backup Car ORYX asistencija podrazumeva uslugu korišćenja zamenskog vozila i to:
- Korišćenje zamenskog vozila do 7 dana za vreme popravke vozila
- Zamensko vozilo vam je na raspolaganju nezavisno od krivice u slučaju saobraćajne nesreće
- Zamensko vozilo možete koristiti nevezano da li je vaše vozilo nakon saobraćajne nesreće u voznom stanju ili ne
Korisnici Mastercard® Exquisite kartice mogu koristiti uslugu Backup Car ORYX Assistance samo ukoliko se navedeni slučajevi dese na vozilu čija masa nije veća od 3,5 tone i za koje je prijavljen broj šasije Banci, koja će služiti kao identifikator prilikom pozivanja ORYX Kontakt centra.

Drive Angel ORYX Assistance
Drive Angel je mobilna aplikacija koja na osnovu parametara pri vožnji (brzina kretanja, buka u vozilu) prepoznaje saobraćajnu nesreću i šalje hitan poziv dežurnom ORYX kontakt centru koji dalje može organizovati i intervenciju hitnih službi.
