How to open an additional account?

Open an Additional Account via mBanking

You can easily open an additional account in our bank through the mBanking app by following these steps:

  1. In the Requests section, select Request to Open an Account and choose Additional Account.
  2. Next, select the currency for your new account. You can choose RSD, EUR, USD, or CHF.
  3. Review your personal details already stored in the app and click Continue.
  4. After your request is processed, the bank will notify you once the account is opened. At that point, you will need to sign the documentation.

How to make an international money transfer?

If you want to pay for a vacation, send money to your family, or want to make any other payment abroad, you no longer need to come to the bank, but you can do it by downloading the order form from our website, filling it out and sending it by e-mail addresses registered in the bank to e-mail srb.deviznapodrska@procredit-group.com

Our colleagues will further contact you for account verification through the eBanking application.

For inflows from abroad, you will receive an SMS message with information to which address to send the basis of the inflow, so that the money is available to you.
All inflows to the account are free, if you put the money in savings.

How to get a confirmation from the bank?

Do You Need a Confirmation from the Bank?

Whether you need a confirmation of an executed payment order, account balance, account transactions, outstanding loan or credit card debt, closed account, closed credit card account, or closed loan, simply send a request through Internet Banking or via our website.

The confirmation will be delivered to your email on the same day.

You can download your account statement in one of the following ways:

Defining the limit for SMS messages about outflows

SMS messages about outflows and transactions are automatically set to arrive for amounts over RSD 10,000.

How to Accept an Offer and Sign Documentation via mBanking and eBanking

Signing via mBanking

  1. Log in to the mBanking app.
  2. Select Requests, then Received Requests.
  3. Review the contractual documentation attached to the message. If you agree, click Accept Offer.
  4. A window will appear with the option Request New TAN Code. Click Next.
  5. The TAN code will be sent to you via SMS.
  6. Enter the TAN code in the designated field and click Next.


Signing via eBanking

  1. Log in to eBanking.
  2. Select Virtual Mailbox, then Inbox, and click Message Details.
  3. Review the contractual documentation attached to the message. If you agree, click Accept Offer.
  4. A window will appear with the option Request New TAN Code. Click Next.
  5. The TAN code will be sent to you via SMS.
  6. Enter the TAN code in the designated field and click Next.


Once you see the message “Offer Accepted”, your request is finalized.
